1. Temporary Removal: Grey-Out & Black-Out
Ideal for short-term layout changes or when a fast, cost-effective solution is required.
The Process: We utilise the same grade paint that we use to apply your new coloured markings to "cover-up" old markings in either grey or black.
Best For: Traffic flow or layout changes where aggressive removal isn't necessary, permitted by the landlord or cost is a factor.
2. Permanent Mechanical Grinding (Best for Concrete)
When you need old lines gone for good on internal warehouse floors or external concrete pads, mechanical grinding is the professional standard.
The Process: We utilise specialised floor grinders to mechanically remove the paint layer from the concrete surface.
The Result: A clean, slightly textured surface that is perfectly prepared for the application of new markings, ensuring a superior mechanical bond.
3. Hydro-blasting: High-Pressure Water cutting
For large-scale outdoor projects on both asphalt and concrete, hydro-blasting offers a powerful yet precise solution.
The Process: Using ultra-high-pressure water jets, we "blast" the paint out of the porous surface of the asphalt or concrete.
